Jimalee Splawn has been with Harris, Finley & Bogle since 2006. Jimalee practices law in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business transactional. She advises and assists clients in developing estate and gift plans and guides personal representatives through the probate process. Jimalee assists clients with the formation of business entities and related transactional matters, including registrations of trademarks and service marks. She also assists with various oil and gas issues in the context of her other practice areas. 

Jimalee serves the profession and her community as a prior board member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and as a member of several organizations, including the American Bar Association and the following sections of the Tarrant County Bar Association: Tax & Estate Planning and Fort Worth Business & Estate. She has also worked with Tarrant County Volunteer Attorney Services. Jimalee enjoys riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle and spending time with her husband, Dale, and their 13 grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
