Associate
Cole rejoined HFB as a civil litigation associate in 2024 after clerking for Texas Supreme Court Justice Evan A. Young. Prior to his Supreme Court clerkship, Cole gained legal experience in his first year of private practice as an associate of HFB and, earlier, clerking for Magistrate Judge Hal R. Ray, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Fort Worth born-and-raised, Cole enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their family and friends.
