About Wade
In his broad area of practice, Wade Purtell represents lenders and borrowers in real estate, commercial, and oil and gas lending transactions. In real estate matters, Wade assists developers, buyers, and sellers in a variety of real estate transactions. He brings insight into his practice through his former experience as a state-certified real estate appraiser.
In addition to his practice, Wade leads the firm’s attorney recruiting and hiring efforts.
He has served his community as a board member of the Eagle Mountain–Saginaw Independent School District Foundation. Wade, his wife Cathy, and their three children reside in Fort Worth.
