About Troy

Since 2001, Troy Okruhlik has been a valuable member of the Harris, Finley & Bogle team, where he specializes in civil litigation, including the resolution of commercial disputes and professional malpractice disputes, and including oil and gas litigation.

Troy is admitted to practice before all Texas State trial and appellate courts, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. Troy is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
