About Ken
Have a real estate or banking need? Ken Adair is an experienced member of the Harris, Finley & Bogle team who assists developers, lenders, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and other businesses in matters related to commercial real estate and banking transactions. That work includes the negotiation of oil and gas surface use waivers, surface use agreements, gas pipeline and access agreements, and other oil and gas-related issues effecting land owners.
Well-versed in his areas of expertise, Ken is Board-Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ken is a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, the Society of Commercial Realtors, and the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council.
An active member of the community, Ken has served on several non-profit boards over the years, including Tarrant County Housing Partnership. Ken served on the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Mansfield from 2000-2008.
