About Joe

Joe Tolbert serves Harris, Finley & Bogle clients in the areas of commercial litigation and construction law. He is admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, and in all Courts for the State of Texas. An experienced trial lawyer, Joe holds the prestigious Martindale-Hubble AV rating.

His impressive community service record includes serving as trustee for the Birdville Independent School District. He served as councilman to the City of North Richland Hills, Texas (Place 6) from 2000 to 2004. He also served as a commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, from 1999 to 2000.

A former chairman of the board of directors for Christ’s Haven for Children, Inc., Joe maintains active involvement in that organization. He is a board member and former chairman of the board of directors for Fort Worth Teen Court, Inc.
